Initial Consultation
A member of our Solutions Integration Team will meet with you to determine your requirements and expected outcomes. This is typically a one hour informal session with your school at no cost.

Planning
Once the school has decided to proceed with the Technology Plan, the school should determine which areas to focus on. i.e.

3. Network infrastructure design
4. Hardware and software requirements
5. Notebook programs
6. Software Asset Management
7. E-Learning
8. Emerging technologies and suitability to the school’s current environment

Our consultant will then conduct a thorough audit of the school’s IT infrastructure. Based on these findings the Technology Plan will then be formulated according to the school’s needs.

Implementation
A formal presentation of the plan will be conducted at the school. Computelec will then work with your school to determine the best method of implementation. This can be a combination of utilising our Solutions Integration Team and the school’s IT and Network Management staff and resources.
