Each year, over 70 schools meet to learn about the latest IT developments and how the right technical knowledge can turn their vision into reality. By streaming sessions to cater for both school leaders and IT managers, Expanding Learning Horizons encourages collaboration between teaching and IT staff to help your school set achievable learning technology goals.

Education Solution Seminars

Each term Computelec holds a series of seminars for school staff with an interest in IT to showcase technologies and their learning benefits, as well as the infrastructure required to support them.
Particularly useful for IT department staff, Education Solution Seminars focus on both current and emerging technologies and cover practical topics like multimedia, network upgrades and security and back up solutions.

Innovative Learning Workshops

Innovative Learning Workshops provide educators with specific skills and software training focusing on how skills can then be taught in the classroom.

The workshops guarantee practical technology skills, such as how to teach science using Microsoft Office and Inspiration, enhancing creativity through video editing technology, and creating classroom
web pages with Dreamweaver MX.

Innovative Learning Workshops are held regularly at conference centres around Australia or can be customised for presentation on site at your school.

On-site Professional Development

Either through workshops or one-on-one mentoring, On Site Professional Development Programs get teaching staff up to speed on a range of skills across all Key Learning Areas and software packages.
